City Scenes
(Cement, fiberglass and various other media, 1994-96)
Walking down a city neighborhood street, one can observe a lot of different characters and the loneliness in a crowd. What I tried to do in this installation is to combine bas reliefs (the “Windows”, showing the onlookers of the world) with full sculptures of people I saw in different cities.
